1. Booking and Payment
Early booking is recommended, especially during peak travel seasons, to ensure availability.
A booking is considered confirmed only after we receive the required deposit.
A minimum deposit of 40% of the total service cost is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance must be paid in full before the start of the trip.

Online credit/debit card payment via OnePay
For online card payments, the amount will be quoted in Vietnamese Dong (VND) in accordance with Vietnam's Laws. Any transaction or processing fees charged by the payment provider must be paid by the customer.
Accepted Cash Currencies
We accept cash payments in several major currencies, including:
US Dollars (USD)
Vietnamese Dong (VND)
Euros (EUR)
Other currencies may be accepted upon prior agreement.
For payments made in VND, the exchange rate will be based on the rate shown by XE Currency Converter at the time of payment:

2. Cancellation Policy
Tour Cancellation
If the entire group cancels the tour, the following cancellation charges will apply:

| 15–29 days before departure | 15% of the total tour cost |
| 4–14 days before departure | 50% of the total tour cost |
| Less than 4 days before departure | 100% of the total tour cost |
The applicable cancellation charge will be deducted from the amount already paid, and any remaining balance will be refunded to the customer.
3. Ha Long Bay Tours – Weather and Boat Cancellation
In the event of a typhoon or other severe weather conditions where the relevant authorities do not allow boats to operate:
If your tour has not yet started (for example, you are still in Hanoi), we will offer a full refund for the affected tour.
Alternatively, if boat availability and your travel schedule permit, the tour may be rescheduled to another available date at no additional charge.
If the tour has already started or is in progress, a partial refund of the unused portion or the difference in services may be offered, depending on the circumstances and the policy of the boat operator.
4. Changes to Group Size
A change in the number of travelers is not considered a cancellation.
If the group size changes, the tour price will be recalculated based on the new number of travelers.
As we specialize in private tours, the price per person may change depending on the group size:
If additional travelers join the group, the price per person may decrease.
If the number of travelers decreases, the price per person may increase.
Any revised price will be confirmed with the customer before the tour takes place.

Other third-party services:
cancellation, amendment, and refund policies are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers. Any applicable fees or charges imposed by those providers will be the customer's responsibility.
6. Special Circumstances
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. We may consider exceptions or adjustments to these policies on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances and the policies of our service providers.
We always aim to be as flexible and fair as possible while maintaining our commitments to our customers and local service partners.
