- Early bookings are preferable. We only confirm for the booking when we get the deposit. At least 40% of the amount should be paid as deposit when you book the services. All should be paid before the trip starts.
- Payment methods: cash, bank transfer, Western Union, MoneyGram, card online (via OnePay service). For card online, the amount will be quoted in VND as Vietnamese laws. Transaction fees should be paid by customers side.

Cancellation policies:
For the tour:
If the whole group cancel the tour because of some reason, we follow the below quotations:
- 30 days prior: full refund
- 15 - 29 days: 15% charge
- 2 - 14 days: 40% charge
- Less than 24 hours: full charge
For Ha Long tours:
In case of typhoon that the boat is not allowed to go out, we offer full refund for all the tours that have not started (you are still in Hanoi);Or the tour can be moved to other dates without extra charge if our boats are available and your time permits. Partial refund of difference will be applied for the tours that are on the way.
If your group size changes (more or less travelers), it is not considered as cancellation. The tour will be quoted again in this case. If there are more people in the group, the price per person will be cheaper. And there are less people, the price per person will be more expensive as we only organize private tours.
For other services:
Train, flight, bus tickets, visa, hotels...the cancellation policies will be given by the providers.
